Custom work adds an exciting twist to an already challenging profession. To many people, metal, concrete, and wood are seen as barriers: cold, harsh, and unyielding. To us, these mediums are comforting materials that are passions to work with. Your mind is the only barrier holding you back from having the artistic piece you’ve always wanted!

We have made custom pieces such as fireplace surrounds, fireplace mantles, staircases, display cases, curtain rods, backsplashes, gates, canopy beds, and much more, however we are not limited to these items! Let your imagination run wild!

We understand that custom work is very personal – this piece means something special to you and your loved ones. Although we will be using our time, effort, and care to make your piece, you will have total control over the design – unless you give us permission to unleash our artistic license! Once you order from Nocturnal Designz Inc., we will include you in every step of the process to ensure that your piece is exactly what you’ve always wanted.

Please feel free to fax us your ideas, designs, and measurements and we will be pleased to review them for a quick consultation. However, as custom work often takes time to plan and execute, we will only be able to provide you with a rough cost estimate and brief details regarding your ideas. If you would like an exact cost and solid details, including delivery time, we will require a $100 CAD consultation fee.

Once you have decided to commit to the creation of your piece with our company, we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount of your piece less the $100 you have already paid for consultation. As soon as your piece has been completed, we will notify you. At that time, the remaining 50% + taxes will be payable. We are unable to refund on custom pieces.
