We take
pride in your satisfaction! If you’re not
happy with your furnishing(s) within 15 days of
the invoice date, we will happily refund your
money, less shipping costs and a 25% restocking
fee.
We personally inspect all of your products before
they leave our shop. As our work is 100% hand
made, each piece will have original variations
in colour and detail and will not be considered
defects. We are not liable for any damages caused
by shipping and any damages should be reported
and a claim filed with the shipper. Please be
advised that we are not responsible for return
shipping costs unless we have made an error in
shipping an item to you. Please also be advised
that we are not responsible for any damage caused
by vandalism.
If you are returning a product to us, please
include your full name, address, including postal
code or zip code, phone number with area code,
invoice number, and the reason why you are returning
the product. The product must be in sellable in
order to receive a full refund. Please be advised
that there are no refunds for custom orders.
We warranty our products to the lifetime of the
original purchaser against manufacturing defects.
